Donna Ellison is from Beaverton, Oregon, a Beaverton High School Grad, and attended Oregon State University. Through the years she has lived in NE Portland, Oregon City, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Beaverton and Canby.
She grew up in the business having a father as a realtor. She used to ride with him on the weekends to open houses and client appointments. At the age of 26 she formally chose to make the move to real estate. Working first as an assistant to her father and other top Realtors and then as a licensed realtor herself. Donna worked with first time home buyers and loved being out in the street looking at homes and being such a vital part of such an exciting season in her client’s lives. She then got married and had a baby girl, Hannah. She stepped out of real estate for a few years to be a mom and spend time raising her daughter.
When Donna decided it was time to get back in to the professional love of her life – she chose Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere and has not looked back. Donna spends more time working with clients who are selling these days but she still loves to work with first time home buyers. She partners with her legacy clients as well as new clients. Her daughter, Hannah, who is a 3rd generation realtor joined Ellison Team Homes as a Broker and Liz Balderston brings her love of homes and people combined with her contractual knowledge to round out the team.
With over twenty-five years in Real Estate in the Portland Metropolitan area from Banks, Beaverton, Portland, West Linn, Oregon City, Gresham and every city in between, we are able to leverage our vast knowledge of the area and experience for our clients benefit. Additionally, we have long standing relationships with all types of vendors who are able to assist our clients often on short notice to include: housecleaning, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, general contractors, HVAC, Painter, roofers and home inspectors. These roles are often crucial to the success of a transaction. Since moving to Canby, Donna has decided to become more involved in her local community and has joined the Canby Chamber along with sponsoring a “Read to the Dog” program at the local library. When the team is not working in real estate we all enjoy our families, our four-leggeds, volunteering time and resources at FIDO Pet Food Bank in Oregon City, and the beautiful surroundings of the Portland Metro Area.

Liz Balderston
Liz is a licensed Broker in Oregon and Washington and has lived in the Portland area for 30 years. She comes to the Real Estate Industry with 25 years in corporate software sales, management and contract negotiation experience. She has combined her love of real estate with her experience in negotiating complex, multimillion dollar contracts to help her clients achieve their goals with their dream homes; whether that be their first home or multiple investment properties. She and her husband have two teenage boys, two pups and live in the Portland area.

Hannah Ellison
Hannah literally grew up in the business of Real Estate. She was with her mom at six weeks old working with clients and has become a 3rd generation Broker. She has lived in the Portland area for over 20 years, and has recently moved to Canby to help grow the family team. Hannah has started to build her own business as a broker on the team, and when she’s not working in real estate, she is a percussionist and a vocalist, and is currently a drummer in a local band. Outside of that, she loves to spend time with her wife, dog, and cat.
